Remodel Dumpster Rental in the Des Moines Metro
WE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY!

Dumpster King delivers roll-off dumpsters for kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodels across the Des Moines metro and central Iowa. We drop it driveway-safe, you fill it as the old material comes out, and we haul it away when the project wraps up.
Why a Remodel Needs a Dumpster
Remodels generate debris in a steady trickle rather than one big pile, which is exactly why it ends up stacked in the garage, the yard, or the back of a pickup for weeks. Old cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, drywall, and fixtures all have to leave eventually. A container in the driveway means the old material goes out the door once, on your schedule, instead of turning into a second project after the first one finishes.
Adnan Isic, Owner of Dumpster King
"A remodel is stressful enough without a pile of old cabinets sitting in the driveway for a month. Get the dumpster there on day one and the whole job stays cleaner."
What Size Dumpster Do You Need for a Remodel?
Most home remodels land in the middle of our range, and the 20-yard is the size our remodel customers pick most often.
10 Yard: A small bathroom or a single-room refresh. Holds up to 2 tons.
15 Yard: A bathroom remodel or a small kitchen. Holds up to 2 tons.
20 Yard: Our most popular size, and the usual pick for a kitchen or a multi-room remodel. Holds up to 2 tons.
30 Yard: Whole-home remodels, additions, and larger projects. Holds up to 3 tons.
40 Yard: The largest renovations and commercial work. Holds up to 3 tons.
Concrete dumpster: A dedicated 7-yard container for concrete, dirt, sod, and brick. Holds up to 7 tons.
Not sure which fits your project? Tell us what rooms you are doing and we will recommend a size, or compare the 20-yard dumpster against the rest first.
Remodels We Help With
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring replacement, basement finishing, whole-home renovations, additions, window and door replacement, siding, and rental property turnovers. Basements are their own category around here, and a roll-off in the driveway makes a basement cleanout or remodel far easier than hauling everything up the stairs load by load.
Adnan Isic, Owner of Dumpster King
"Basement projects are the ones where people really feel the difference. One trip up the stairs to the driveway beats twenty trips to the truck and back."
What Goes in a Remodel Dumpster
Cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, carpet, padding, drywall, lumber, trim, doors, windows, insulation, light fixtures, old vanities, and general construction debris all go in. Appliances are accepted, though items with Freon like refrigerators need special handling, so mention them when you book. Wet paint, oil, adhesives, chemicals, batteries, tires, and anything flammable are not allowed. Concrete, dirt, and brick go in our dedicated concrete dumpster, and if your tear-out includes other heavy masonry material, call first and we will point it to the right container.
How It Works
Call or book online and tell us the project and your start date. We deliver driveway-safe, often the same day or the next when our schedule allows. You fill it as the work goes, over a seven-day rental with extensions available if the remodel runs long, which remodels tend to do. When you are finished, we pick it up and haul everything away.
Working With a Contractor
If a contractor is running your remodel, we can coordinate directly with them on delivery timing and placement. Plenty of builders and remodelers across the metro use us on their projects, and it is often simplest for whoever is managing the schedule to handle the dumpster too. Either way, you deal with the same local company from drop-off to pickup.
Why Homeowners Choose Dumpster King
