What Size Dumpster Do You Need on a Job Site?
Most builders run a larger container and empty it fewer times, since a swap in the middle of a build stalls the whole crew.
10 Yard: Small jobs, single-room work, and tight sites. Holds up to 2 tons.
15 Yard: Small remodels and light framing scrap. Holds up to 2 tons.
20 Yard: Our most popular size, good for most residential builds and remodels. Holds up to 2 tons.
30 Yard: New construction, additions, and larger commercial jobs. Holds up to 3 tons.
40 Yard: Major construction and the highest-volume sites. Holds up to 3 tons.

Heavy material is the one thing you should flag at booking. Concrete, brick, block, and dirt go in the dedicated concrete dumpster, not a standard roll-off, so let us know before delivery and we will bring the right one.
Placement and Access
We need a straight approach and clear overhead room to set a container down, so keep the drop spot clear of parked trucks, material stacks, and low limbs or wires. On residential sites we place driveway-safe and protect the surface underneath. On open lots we can set it wherever the crew is working. If the site changes as the build progresses, call and we will work it out.

What Goes in a Construction Dumpster
Lumber, framing scrap, drywall, flooring, siding, shingles, insulation, cabinetry, doors, windows, packaging, metal, and general job site debris all go in. Wet paint, oil, adhesives, chemicals, batteries, tires, and anything flammable are not allowed. Concrete, dirt, and brick go in the concrete dumpster. When a material is borderline, call before it goes in the container and we will give you a straight answer.
